I know why I cook so much because my mom always had to cook a lot with 8 kids and I think we have to have food around all the time. 🙂 I love leftovers, though. 🙂

I seem to never cook enough! I don’t know what it is — the kids are wandering back into the kitchen within the hour: “Still Hungry!” They’re not even teens yet — what the heck will I do then?
Reading is definitely one of the best ways to relax.
wow—those days are long gone for me when the boys were living at home and always hungry. Crazy to think about it because it was only yesterday that they were little, right? At least in my mind. 🙂
Reading is my favorite thing, too. As for cooking too much it is always nice to have leftovers.
