Black Bean Chicken with Rice 3 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp salt 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 tsp canola oil 1 can black beans 1 cup frozen corn 1 cup salsa 1 cups cooked rice 1. Breakfast–China style
