Black Bean Chicken with Rice 3 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp salt 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 tsp canola oil 1 can black beans 1 cup frozen corn 1 cup salsa 1 cups cooked rice 1. A quick recipe today to serve as a yummy side to almost any meal that you want to complement.   Super simple with few ingredients = winner in my book. This is a super simple chicken recipe that I have found is a great main dish to prepare anytime. With so few ingredients it is a winner  in our house.
