I have been living a pretty charmed life these days. A trip to Ohio to see all of my Ohio family that I could see and now a trip to North Carolina to catch up with family and friends. It is what I love the most---being with family and friends and just living in the moment. Isn't the above picture just the picture of health? Not really. Tuesday night a group of North Iowa Bloggers (and yes---these ladies deserve a capital B) got together at my home for a bit of fun and taste testing. It’s Just Life With Friends

Part of our recent trip was a trip back "home" to Mooresville, NC where we lived for about 9 years. It seems a long time ago since we moved in 2007 and even though I have been back numerous times Chris has not made the trip with me. Being the nice guy that he is he funds my trips ! I like old and I like new. What about you?
