This is a super simple chicken recipe that I have found is a great main dish to prepare anytime. With so few ingredients it is a winner  in our house. Garlic Chicken 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 4 cloves garlic--minced (I used minced garlic from a jar since I did not have any fresh on hand) 4 TBSP brown sugar 1 TBSP olive oil 1. What do you ALWAYS have in your fridge?  Today I thought I would share the top 5 things that you can always find in my refrigerator. 1. Almond Milk.   I am not a milk drinker at all and when the hubby said we should try Almond Milk I was not impressed.  I figured it would be icky and not tasty. We are always looking for great ways to cook vegetables in our house.  Brussels sprouts are a favorite as well as asparagus, cauliflower and broccoli.  Anytime I can find a different way to prepare them I am all excited about trying it out.
