“Little Did They Know”

Many of you know that I LOVE to read and today I wanted to share a special book with you that I just read.  Author, Artist and Friend “Cotton” Ketchie has written several non-fiction books and also now adds a fiction selection to his list of accomplishments.  It has been out for awhile but I wanted to wait to get one from him personally so this past week on my adventures I stopped by Landmark Galleries and picked up a copy.  It was my “airport book” and it was finished before I knew it!  Fast read and very enjoyable!  I think one of the best things is that “Cotton” sets the story in Mooresville and interjects many comments about people and landmarks that I was familiar with which made it nice!

If you do not know “Cotton” –you need to!!!   He is one incredible man with talents galore.  He and his wife, Vickie, have Landmark Galleries in downtown Mooresville and it is there that he showcases his many talents for watercolors, photography, his love of pottery and now his latest endeavors of writing.   He is quite an interesting man, always has a smile and a joke to tell you and a  warm hug to welcome you.   We have had the pleasure of knowing “Cotton” and Vickie for a few years and they have always been very special to us.   So…if you are ever in the area stop in on Main Street and tell them Beth Ann and Chris sent you—you won’t be disappointed.  Oh…and watch out for Gigi the Wonder Dog—-she might bark you to death!!!

I love your comments--each one makes me smile and makes a difference for Comments for a Cause! Thanks!
